2oz Sourland Mountain Spirits gin
1 radish sliced
3/4oz lemon juice
2 dashes simple syrup
1 small pinch of sea salt
In a mixing glass add the sliced radish, lemon, simple syrup and salt.
Muddle all ingredients, then add gin and ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with sliced radish.
